Gary Dornau
Gary is the founder and back bone of Think Smart. Gary Dornau (Dip Ed, Be Ed (H/PE) and Grad Dip Ed Admin) has over 30 years experience as a parenting facilitator, professional speaker, author and innovative educational business manager. He is the published author of two books on Men’s Health and Boy’s Education; designed successful parenting programs at Relationships Australia and manages Think Smart. He specializes in teaching scholarship classes and English and Maths up to Yr 10.

Anna Mantalvanos
Anna has been with Think Smart from 2005, when it opened, it was originally Clever Kids. She is a primary school teacher and tutors children from Prep to Yr6 in literacy and numeracy. Anna loves the atmosphere at the centre. Gary has known the teachers and students well and hence places the right students with the right teachers.
Anna believes its different teaching a student one on one vs. a classroom because you see the results of students learning clearer because we are focused on them as individuals and not as a group. It becomes easier to know them personally and cater the lessons based on their needs. For the student it means that’s they grow in self confidence because they see someone caring about their learning and well being. Many students return yr after yr and that’s the best reward.
